Join us in this ever changing, dynamic, functional group fitness class that is aimed to give you what you want. These condensed classes are proven to improve strength, cardio, flexibility, balance and more. 

H.I.I.T FACTORY

5:45pm - 6:30pm

A sports-inspired cardio workout for building strength and stamina. This high-energy total body class offers a combination of athletic aerobic movements with strength and stabilization exercises with the use of BOSU and stability balls. Sweat and burn to discover the athlete within.

Combines the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility advantages of yoga.
