Weight training and related exercise activities are inherently dangerous activities in which participants and other individuals are at constant risk. I hereby, upon signing this waiver, relieve CF Investments LLC, and the family of companies operating under the Core Fitness brand of any liability to injury or harm which may result from usage of equipment and facilities. I understand that I am using the equipment and facilities at my own risk, and will assume all responsibilities and claims to injury or harm. I agree I am at least 18 years old or 16 years old with a parent/guardian written authorization to use the facilities.
